Taxicab Preacher (TCP) is a soulful Americana band from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, rooted in the blues, folk, and roots rock traditions of the American South. Fronted by the charismatic Hailey “Doc” Brighton, whose voice carries equal parts warmth and grit, the band is rounded out by Patrick “PV” Vernon (guitar, vocals, harmonica), Don Miller (drums, vocals), and Dillon Partin (bass). Together they deliver performances that feel intimate and electric — part honky-tonk, part Sunday revival, all soul.
