Twilight Throwdown – A Leap Year Glow Tournament!
2024 is a leap year, and strange phenomena are manifesting in the woods around Pluck Farm. A wondrous and eery glow appears atop our disc golf baskets – a swell of cosmic energy beckoning your discs towards them. Join us on Thursday, Feb 29th (Leap Day) for our first Glow Disc Golf Tournament.
The round starts at 6:30 pm as the sun sets, and the twilight reveals a new galaxy of disc-chucking adventure. We have modified our course to encourage ace runs on every hole, giving players of all skill levels the opportunity for galactic glory – with prizes for CTPs, Ace pool, and alien invaders promising to add chaos and fun to the round.
Registration is $25 and includes a Glow putter in the player pack.
We are offering 3 Divisions:
Mixed Open
Mixed Amateur
Female Open
The top 3 in each division will win prizes!
Schedule:
5:30pm – Player pack pick-up starts (Glow disc included)
6:00pm – Player meeting
6:30pm – Shotgun Start!
8:30pm – Award Ceremony
Captains Gastro food truck will be on site serving Mediterranean food. Steel String will be open late to serve you after the round.
