Kölsch Service at the Taproom!

Saturday February 1st – Steel String Kölsch Service is coming back to our Carrboro Taproom! We will be serving up all of our lagers in the traditional German manner – in small cylindrical glasses “Stanges” served on a circular tray called “Kranz” brought directly to your table.
Order your first pour at the bar and get a coaster with your drink we will use to tally how many you have had. Sit back and enjoy the simple pleasure of clean, crisp Kölsch beer! Place your coaster on top of your glass to let the servers know you are finished or taking a break, bring your coaster with you when you close your tab. It’s like a mix of Dim Sum and a Brazilian steakhouse but with delicious beer.
Kölsch Service will run from 3pm-6pm
