Food Pop-up: Tacos by Pork In The Road

Christian Thompson chef and owner of Pork In The Road, will be at Steel String Brewery’s Carrboro taproom this Friday  September 19th, for a taco dinner pop-up!

 

TACO CHOICES:

 

Smoked Brisket Barbacoa

Tender shredded beef, chipotle adobo, pickled red onion, cilantro.

 

Chicken Tinga

Pulled chicken simmered in tomato-chipotle sauce, topped with queso fresco & cilantro

 

Vegan BBQ

Soy based BBQ, roasted corn, black beans, cotija, cilantro

 

Sides:

•    Cilantro-Lime Rice

•    Black Beans

 

Add-ons:

•    Salsa bar: Roja, Verde, Pico de Gallo, Spicy Habanero.
