Announcing the fifth edition of Fields of Funk – a groovy festival on the fields of Pluck Farm!
This year, we are going to focus on the big, wide, wild, wonderful world of fermented goods!
We are collaborating with Botanist and Barrel Cidery, Spicy Hermit Kimchi, and Ideal’s Bakery to make some truly unique funky concoctions just for this year’s festival:
A barrel aged Persimmon and cider hybrid
A spicy kimchi version of Picklemania
A seeded roll kvass made with Ideal’s hoagies, fennel, caraway, sesame seeds, and grapefruit zest.
