Steel String Brewery and Pluck Farm Present: Fields of Funk! A funky beer festival on Saturday, April 20th featuring groovy beers, ciders, wines and mead from around the south and beyond.
The beer will be flowing 2-8pm so you can enjoy it with friends at your own pace. Get pumped for a full day hangout with live music, a funky pop-up art market, lawn games, disc golf and more!
10% of ticket sales will go to support Haw River Assembly, a local organization that protects and restores the Haw River, the watershed in which Pluck Farm is located.
Here’s what’s in store:
🚌 Free shuttle bus between Steel String’s Carrboro taproom and Pluck Farm going back and forth all day.
🍻 Featuring 20+ beers, ciders, wines and meads from around the south and beyond.
👾 Pop-up Market with the most eccentric, spacey, and funky vendors in the Triangle.
🥏 Disco golf: Throw some discs at the starter 4-hole course, or go all in and play the full 18-hole course. Bring your own discs or borrow some of ours!
🎶 3PM Live music by WOODY & SUNSHINE
Spinning high-energy, funk-infused jams in a double helical vortex of harmonic sonic bliss. They draw inspiration from a vast well of musical genres, including, but not limited to, Funk, Jazz Fusion, Bluegrass, Reggae, French House, and Jam Bands. From Woody’s live synth drumming and masterful guitar playing to Sunshine’s ethereal Jazz banjo technique, the end of a Woody & Sunshine set will leave you craving just one more jam.
🎶 5PM Live music by MONOMETRICS
A five piece band based out of the Triangle playing original tunes, covering funk and soul staples, and putting a funky twist on well loved country classics.
