Brett Mon is back, in bottles and on tap when we open today. Our IPA fermented solely with brettanomyces has a huge tropical fruit nose, soft bitterness rounded out with a dry funky finish, notes of pine and grapefruit linger on your tongue. This is one of our favorite brews and it’s always nice to welcome it back into the rotation.
